Theory of Change

Theory of Change is an approach, process and tool to help make sense of and communicate pathways of change in complex contexts. The guidance, templates, and other resources shared in this course will provide a systematic, step-by-step approach to developing a Theory of Change as a blueprint for communicating and managing how change will happen, and why and when you can reasonably expect the intended results to be achieved.

Once you are measuring and better understanding your intended outcomes, you will be better positioned to articulate your social and/or environmental impact with your stakeholders, stay accountable, learn and improve, and provide others with the opportunity to be a part of your impact journey.
