Before officially launching, we put our theory of change to the test with a pre-pilot. By working with charity partners, the pre-pilot helped us answer important questions, like:

• What does success look like for charities of all sizes?
• What are the key steps to get to actionable takeaways?
After running the pre-pilot and analyzing the data, we were confident that we could successfully launch a full pilot the Charity Growth Academy.
